No-one at Dworkin has their career path mapped out in advance. We don’t even have a traditional HR department. Instead we have ambassadors who care about the success and well being of the company and its employees. And that gives everyone the opportunity to discover their strengths, expand their interests and exercise their core competencies as long as they meld with the company’s overall goals.

The founder of Dworkin, Martin Krivy, soon realised that as much as he liked working with technology, he liked working with people even more. After 25 years of leading the company, he's still passionate and with the same thirst for knowledge. He's still active in every part of the business and can be frequently found on site helping his colleagues. And his outlook defined the Dworkin culture. So it's not surprising that he's surrounded by similar like-minded people.
