What does it mean?
We are a meritocracy and our employees are recruited, promoted and rewarded on the basis of merit, ability and performance. We recognise the importance of nurturing the well being and satisfaction of our employees by providing a supportive working environment and a healthy work/life balance.
No traditional career ladder
No-one at Dworkin has their career path mapped out in advance. We don’t even have a traditional HR department. Instead we have ambassadors who care about the success and well being of the company and its employees. And that gives everyone the opportunity to discover their strengths, expand their interests and exercise their core competencies as long as they meld with the company’s overall goals.
Looking for your X Factor
The training period and induction programme is intense. It's vital that everyone's expectations of each other match and that we're all singing the same tune. New colleagues can depend on one thing though - we'll work hard to support both known and hidden talents and give them the opportunity to shine.

Family of like-minded experts
The founder of Dworkin, Martin Krivy, soon realised that as much as he liked working with technology, he liked working with people even more. After 25 years of leading the company, he's still passionate and with the same thirst for knowledge. He's still active in every part of the business and can be frequently found on site helping his colleagues. And his outlook defined the Dworkin culture. So it's not surprising that he's surrounded by similar like-minded people.
