People at times ask me how large our teams are in this country or that. But that’s not how our minds work. Our strength lies in our flexibility; flexibility in management and decision making and flexibility in people skills and attitude. We don’t get bogged down with long-winded approval processes and matrices like many larger organisations. We're focused on getting the best fit person and the closest person to site as quickly as possible. Kind of IT nomads – but it works for us and works really well for our customers.
