The founder of Dworkin, Martin KRIVY, quickly realised that as much as he liked working with technology, he liked working with people even more. After 25+ years of leading the company, he still has the same passion and thirst for knowledge. Martin can be frequently found on site helping colleagues. His outlook has defined the Dworkin culture, so it's not surprising that he's surrounded by similar like-minded people.

I'm one of the Dworkin team members, who started whilst still at school. After a few years, I left to gain experience elsewhere. And? Yes, I'm back.
We don't really think about how IT works. But rather the people themselves.
Compared to some large IT corporations, we are still a relatively small business. This is actually a real advantage. We’re not hampered down by unnecessary corporate internal processes, regulations, or bureaucracy.
