Dear customers, colleagues and friends,
Let me share some more information about how DWORKIN is responding to the current extraordinary COVID-19 situation and the steps we have taken to keep you and our colleagues safe. Our top two priorities are:
- The Health and Safety of our team members and their families, clients and business partners
- Continuing our support to our customers including emergency services to switch them all on to home-office mode to keep them safe
Last but not least we´ve decided to offer the services of our local representatives to our competitors, so that their engineers and clients in those areas are not unnecessarily at risk.
Health and Safety first
Over the past month we have made lots of changes to the way we work and we will continue to adapt in order to do the right thing for both our customers and our colleagues.
You can be safe in the knowledge that each of our technicians is equipped with a face mask (KN95), protective gloves, and protective glasses. They are using decontamination liquids, frequently washing their hands and of course, cleaning any areas that they have touched. Our whole team is instructed to watch daily the latest news from who.org and adhere to all local government advice. Maintaining social distancing is as vital to us as it is to you.
Thanks to our network of technicians across 38 European countries, we´re still able to provide pretty much the same level of local support as before the outbreak- we´re ready to find a solution for your needs.

Open call to our competitors or other companies in need
The 2008 crisis taught us to be ready to improvise. None of us wants to see the market crash. So we´re ready to provide temporary support to our competitors, in locations where they currently can’t send their technicians and where we´re already present. And to other companies out there, who are not our customers today; if your current partner is unable to help you, give us a call and we’ll get straight back to you; we´re ready to provide you with temporary services to tide you over.
