How to support virtual teams of experts?
I was really worried how I’d be able to support my 150 colleagues across 37 countries when I first joined Dworkin. I was supposed to be the administrative powerhouse behind them but I didn’t speak ‘tech’. I shouldn’t have worried. Part of the company culture is “speak your customer’s language” and so that made me feel at home straightaway. I was really touched; people here really care. Considering how dispersed we are, we are surprisingly still like a family; we all have a part to play.
